Organic Pak Choi


Chinese cabbage that calls stir-fries and noodle dishes home. 2-3 heads per bunch. Has a similar texture to chard, with crunchy stems and tender leaves. Only cook it briefly to keep the crunchy texture. Keeps in the fridge for up to a week in a plastic bag or humid crisper.
