Bellevue — Sweet Potato Slips
$17.50 / 5 slipsCopper skin, orange flesh variety. Produces smooth, round roots. 100 days to maturity.

Candy Crush — Sweet Potato Slip Variety #9
$17.50 / 5 slipsBright pink skin, light orange flesh. Compact growth makes for easy harvesting of medium to large tubers. Performed well in 2020 and 2021 trials. Is continually a favourite of growers and eaters. Tastes like candy when roasted.

Covington — Sweet Potato Slips
$17.50 / 5 slipsBrown skin, orange flesh variety. Was the most consistent variety for smooth, marketable roots. 100 days to maturity.

Galetta Sunrise — Sweet Potato Slip Variety #5
$17.50 / 5 slipsPale pink skin, yellow flesh. Had 3-4 large tubers (and many small) per plant in 2021 trials. Nice moderate sweetness when cooked.

Goldfish — Sweet Potato Slip Variety #2020-2
$17.50 / 5 slipsDark pink skin, orange flesh. Nice round elongate shape and sweet taste. Performed well in 2021, had significant cracking in 2022 likely due to infrequent watering and heavy rains at end of season.

Lavender Haze — Sweet Potato Slip Variety #8
$17.50 / 5 slipsDark purple, skin and flesh. Looks beautiful in stir fries. Many medium elongated tubers per plant. Long vines with pretty purple upright vine tips. Would be a nice edimental in large pots.

Magenta — Sweet Potato Slip Variety #GH-1
$17.50 / 5 slipsDark purple skin, mottled violet flesh. Unique leaf shape and short compact vines that make them perfect for gardeners with space restrictions. Very nice round shape. Reliably produces medium sized tubers. Was not part of multi-farm trials but it has become a favourite.

Red Velvet — Sweet Potato Slip Variety #6
$17.50 / 5 slipsBright pink skin, white flesh. Reliably produces medium sized tubers. High starch and low moisture content make this variety similar to a potato. Makes excellent fries.
